Cap elevator is used for high production; it feeds the cap automatically on the sealing machine vibratory bowl of feeder. Caps are stored in bulk qty in large ss tank entirely manufactured in stainless steel and they are carried up to the vibratory bowl by an imported nylon elevating belt. Elevating the caps by belt avoid damage of caps during their transfer.

The cap elevator is provided with a micro switch/sensor which maintains constant level of caps in the feeder bowl tank by stopping the feeding automatically when feeder is full . The height can be adjusted so that it can be fitted on sealing machine and is provided with electrical panel in leak proof box with all stop devices/sensor.
