Air Rinser

Automatic air rinsers manufactured by P.G Machine Fabriks Pvt. Ltd. can act as standalone rinsing machines or can be incorporated into an inline packaging system, making these containers cleaning machines ideal for any facility with a need to air rinse containers.

Air Rinser can use compressed air and other air sources to rinse containers prior to filling or packing. Air Rinsing machines use nozzles to blow a stream of air into each container to loosen dust and debris. These bottle rinsers can also be manufactured as a vacuum-type machine with dual action nozzles which will first blow air into the bottle and then vacuum out dust and debris.

Bottle rinsers can work with a wide range of different container shapes, sizes and materials, including both glass and plastic.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

• Bottles are transferred automatically through turntable or manually placed by operator to the inbuilt Slat Chain Conveyor.

• The bottles are transferred to the Air rinser by 180 deg. Bend conveyor.

• The Gripper conveyor of Rinserwill grips the bottles coming from the Slat Chain Conveyorand invert the bottle upside down.

• The upside down bottle passed over the ionised nozzle.

• The nozzle blows a stream of ionised air into each container to loosen dust and debris.

• The bottle again turns to upright position and the gripper conveyor release the bottle to the Outfeed Slat chain conveyor.

• The bottles are then transferred to the filling machine conveyor.
