PGMF’s Foil Sealing machine Model PGRFS-01 is designed and developed for sealing of Poly based Al foil with plastic bottles such as HDPE, PP or others. The machine is suitable for food, beverage, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries. It can be used for making temper evident pack or to stop moisture loss from the product.

MAIN FRAME

The main frame is made of stainless steel tubes with Powder coated Mild steel plate completely covered with SS 304. The machine is made of adjustable feet for the existing production line.

BOTTLE FEEDING

The bottles from filling machine is passed on to the conveyor of Foil Sealing machine .The indexing star grips the bottles grips and transfer to the Sealing head and Sealing of the bottles is done by simultaneous feeding of the foil through Foil drive and heat sealing mechanism.

FOIL DRIVE & HEAT SEALING

Foil roll is pulled by the Ac synchronous motor. The preset feed of foil is pulled and passes to the Die/tool. The stripper plate holds the Al foil and the foil is cut by mechanically/pneumatically driven punch. The punch is heated through the cartridge/casted heater to fully seal the foil with the Jar.

The foil can be aligned with the screw provided. The scrapped foil is wind by the shaft.The sealing temperature and time can be set on the TIC and Timer respectively.
