Twin Head Piston Filler

Twin Head Filling Machine consists of: - hopper, piston cylinder and nozzles. Hopper is mounted on a C.I. plated duly clided with SS Sheets. Separate geared motors are provided for conveyor and piston cylinder. Materials come from hopper into the piston cylinder by gravity, through piston cylinder and nozzles material is filled into the bottles. Electrical panel is provided separately along with all safely precaution. The whole machine is duly painted and buffed.

LINE OPERATION:

• The empty bottle/jar will be placed on the conveyor.

• The Bottle will move forward to the filling nozzle.

• The gating mechanism will work after sensing bottles/jar under the filling nozzles.

• The filling of desired quantity will take place with mechanically driven piston.

• The Bottle will move forward to the filling nozzle.

• After completion of filling, the gate will open and the filled bottle/jar will move to the next operation.
